Senator Jane MacAdam Joins Independent Senators Group
OTTAWA, September 15, 2023 – Senator Jane MacAdam (PEI) announced today that she will be joining the Independent Senators Group (ISG). With over four decades of experience as a chartered professional accountant and a distinguished tenure as the Auditor General of Prince Edward Island from 2013 to 2020, Senator MacAdam has a track record of conducting comprehensive audits and examinations. She has also demonstrated a deep commitment to both professional organizations and community initiatives.

Senator Jane MacAdam was nominated to the Senate on May 3 2023, through the Independent Advisory Board for Senate Appointments. Her addition to the Independent Senators Group brings the total membership to 38.
